Over the years, I’ve worked across various industries, including insolvency and construction, gaining over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. I take great pride in my work, always striving to provide the highest level of service and build strong, lasting relationships with my clients.

Throughout my career, I have continuously invested in my professional development, earning qualifications such as a Diploma in Small Business Financial Management, an HNC in Business and Finance, and studied AAT Diploma in Professional Accounting. I am also a certified bookkeeper, licensed by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Staying up to date with the latest financial regulations and best practices ensures I can offer my clients the best possible support.

Beyond finance, I have also built a successful, award-winning chimney sweeping company, which has given me firsthand experience of the challenges business owners face. My dedication and entrepreneurial drive were recognised in 2019 when I was nominated for an award at the Women of the Year Awards for my achievements in a new business venture.

Starting my own accountancy practice, Barleyfields Accountancy, was a natural step. I wanted to create a business where trust, reliability, and personal service come first.
